  6. Three-Tier Law Compliance: The retailer must physically receive the wine from the distributor before delivering it to the customer.

  7. Right of First Refusal: Members will receive email notifications for highly allocated wines before they are available to the general public.

  8. Age Verification: The website will include a pop-up to verify that the customer is over 21 years old.
